Option A
Diamond Beach
Diamond Beach Nusa Penida is one of the best beaches on the island. The shiny white sand and turquoise water make this a must-see destination on the Nusa Islands. The swaying palm trees, large rock formations, and mighty cliff just add to the epicness of Diamond Beach Nusa Penida.
Broken Beach
Broken Beach is a scenic coastal formation on the southwestern edge of Nusa Penida. The spot is marked by a hilly rock arch, which is the star landmark of the area. Also known by its local name, Pasih Uug, it’s a great spot for travel photographers and anyone who wants to enjoy stunning panoramic views.
Angel Billabong
Angel’s Billabong is a spectacular rock formation near Pasih Uug (Broken Beach), on the southwestern end of Nusa Penida Island. Both spots offer views of beautiful cliffs and pristine coastlines. There’s a pathway leading to a naturally formed rock lagoon, offering a scenic seascape and pleasant swimming spot on the island.
Kelingking Beach
Kelingking is a breathtaking rocky cliff in the ocean. I had the opportunity to visit for the first time in April 2017, nearly two years after my initial trip to Nusa Penida. At the time, the area was quite secluded… Although it became more crowded with tourists by 2019, it is once again a great time to visit. It is truly spectacular and definitely worth the journey.

Paluang Cliff (paid photo)
Snorkeling
Manta Bay
Manta Bay should in fact be called Manta Bays, because the site is a succession of bays surrounded by abrupt cliffs. Certain people would call the bay at the far east, Secret Manta. The bay is shallow, and the Manta are generally visible from the surface, which determines our diving entry point into the water.
Wall Bay / Crystal Gamat Bay
Crystal Bay is the name of a secluded cove with a 200-metre stretch of sand on the west coast of Nusa Penida. Despite its isolation, the bay is quite accessible thanks to well-developed roads. Besides its beautiful, palm-fringed beach, the bay is best known as one of Nusa Penida’s famous snorkelling and dive sites.
